I've been building products since I was 12 and launched my first business by 16. The early wins, spectacular failures, bankruptcies, and breakthroughs taught me what really moves the needle in business.
Over 15+ years, I've worked with hundreds of business owners, companies and founders and optimized 110+ products - from physical to digital, hybrid services to complex SaaS platforms. I've helped startups raise millions, improved customer activation by up to 38%, and mentored more than 300+ founders across leading accelerator programs.
But here's what frustrated me
I kept seeing brilliant services, consulting, and non-tech businesses struggling - overcomplicating or getting lost in the processes, while investing or putting all the coins into marketing when there is more than that, and having no access or translated version to how we run in the startup universe. When marketing becomes the last thing and still with a simple version we manage to move fast, implement, activate and retain and even raise capital with low budget on marketing.
Tech startup methods might be too complex and jargon-heavy for everyday business but there is a way to translate that and adapt.
...So I developed The SOCUL Method
Inspired by lean startup methodology but adapted for real businesses with real customers. It combines the speed and validation of tech approaches with the practical reality of running a business that isn't venture-backed, plus a special attention on the psychological aspect of the person running the business behind because that also impacts the business.
